## Elliott Wave Methodology

Our analysis follows a strict 5-step process:
1. **Identify Degree** — Determine which wave degree is active (Grand Supercycle to Subminuette)
2. **Count Waves** — Apply impulse (5-wave) and corrective (3-wave) structures
3. **Apply Fibonacci** — Use 38.2%, 50%, 61.8%, 100%, 161.8% ratios to project targets and invalidation
4. **Mark Key Levels** — Entry zones, targets, and invalidation levels directly on charts
5. **Determine Bias** — Bullish or bearish with confidence rating (1-5 stars)

### Three Absolute Rules
1. Wave 2 cannot retrace more than 100% of Wave 1
2. Wave 3 is never the shortest impulse wave
3. Wave 4 cannot overlap Wave 1 price territory
